NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS
ALL CURRENT MEMBERSHIPS WILL NOT BE CARRIED INTO 2027 AND A NEW BOOKING SYSTEM WILL BE IN PLACE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSES YOUR BOOKINGS OVER THE NEXT 3 MONTHS (October, November, December) AND TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP WHEN IT BEST SUITS YOU/ NO LONGER PROVIDES YOU WITH A DISCOUNT.
The below does not apply if you book Pay as You Go classes.

As per the terms, when cancelling your membership it will automatically last up until when your next payment date would've been. All classes booked within this time frame will be valid, any bookings previously made for classes that take part after the cancellation period ends will be lost as you no longer have an active membership*. Once you no longer have an active membership you will need to book pay as you go classes and their terms/conditions apply. With the reduction in classes please remember that an active membership does not give you automatic access to classes, they are still dependant on availability. It does however allow you to book multiple classes in advance and have the freedom to cancel/change as long as this is done in advance in a accordance with the cancellation policy.

*To explain this in more detail: If you are paying for a Membership, each membership is giving you monthly access to a maximum number classes per month, using session credits.
Here’s an example, if you cancelled your membership for Bannatynes gym, but you have booked on to classes past your cancellation date, they would not allow you to access the gym/classes without a current valid membership. Meaning those bookings would be lost.
The same is applied to my memberships. If you are not using all of your sessions within a month because you are choosing only to come to specific classes, and building up months worth of bookings in advance, that is your choice and also your loss. There are plenty of classes that are being delivered weekly that you can book into using your session credits. Any bookings made past your cancellation period, as per the terms, will be lost. The cancellation period applies when a booking is cancelled by yourself in advance/myself/the venue. Everyone will be treated the same to make it fair across the board and there will be no priority based on how long you have been a member.
